Animation fun for August weekends

Welcome to the 2012 Culture in the City Guide. This is your essential guide to what’s on in the City over the summer. With street theatre, top class music, storytelling and tours the city’s historic walls will come alive this summer. The programme features an eclectic mix of music, dance, street theatre, roving historical characters and min vignettes over the weeks of July and August.

The summer animation programme is sure to create a vibrant atmosphere in the city and it is particularly good to note that all many of these events are free, making the programme accessible to everyone and providing a great opportunity for both locals and visitors alike to experience the city at its very best.
